Caribbean-Style Chicken Wings

These Caribbean chicken wings are the perfect blend of sweet and spicy, and they are quick and easy to make for your Super Bowl party (or anytime).

Ingredients

  • ¼ tsp ground red pepper cayenne
  • tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tbsp fresh orange juice

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Spread wings onto rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour or until done, turning after 30 minutes. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients until blended.
  • Remove wings from oven. Heat broiler. Brush wings with half the ketchup mixture.
  • Broil, 4 inches from heat, 2 minutes. Turn; brush with remaining ketchup mixture. Broil additional 2 minutes.
